Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post. (Express Post)

  • We offer free shipping on all purchases over $200
  • A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $200.

 All orders are sent with registered post. Australia Post guarantees next-day delivery within the network before 4pm via Express Post. We estimate your order should arrive at your address with 1-4 business days.

You will receive an email from us when you place your order and payment is accepted. You will receive a tracking number to identify your parcel.

When will my item(s) be dispatched?

We ship goods every weekday Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2pm will be posted that same day by Registered Post. If these days fall on a public holiday, we ship the next day. 

International Shipping

We also ship internationally for a flat delivery fee of $35. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

Please note that this delivery fee does not include any duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. Countries outside Australia may apply their own import duties and taxes, and the amount charged varies by destination and order value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the courier or local customs authority upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of the taxes and duties payable in your region before placing an international order.

We want your shopping experience with Bacio Collection to be effortless. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds**, exchanges, or store credits on full-priced items, provided they meet the conditions below. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

**Refunds are issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased using a promotional discount (e.g., via email offer) may be returned for store credit or exchange only — no refunds.

For faulty items, include a description and photo with your email.

How to Return an Item

Once your return has been authorised, please send your item(s) via Express Post to the return address above.
Email us the tracking number, and ensure the parcel is posted within 2 days of authorisation.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item doesn’t suit — you cover the return postage.

  • If the item is faulty, we’ll reimburse your return shipping costs.

Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive your return, we aim to process exchanges or store credits by the next business day.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or PayPal.

In-Store Purchases

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

We follow ACCC guidelines regarding faulty goods.

Promotions & Discounted Items

  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after your order is placed.
