Are You Open?

Can I make an appointment?

We are happy to schedule a private appointment during this time as we ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Please contact the store on 02 9560 5795 to arrange a suitable time.

 

Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy states that we do not refund for change of mind, but we will exchange within 7 days and/or provide store credit. We wish to work with our customers to ensure that they are happy with their purchase so please contact the store if you have an issue you would like to discuss. The cost of additional postage will be charged to the customer.

What size should I buy?

We are creating a website that meets the needs of all our customers. If you are in any way unsure of the sizing of a garment, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide assistance. Call or email, and we use live chat during business hours.

Can I return a Pre Order item?

Yes. You can return any pre order in original condition with tags attached within 7 days for a full refund or store credit. Special Orders are when you request a specific garment that is specially made or individually ordered in just for you, so they cannot be returned. We will always talk to you via email or phone to make sure you understand the terms of your Special Order before we take payment.

An item I want to buy is sold out – will you be restocking it?

If you are interested in an item that is sold out on our website please send an email to info@baciocollection.com with the selected size and colour you are interested in. We will then notify you if and when the product becomes available online again. 

How do I know my details are safe with you?

Your details are kept confidential and secure to the best of our and our providers' abilities. Any information disclosed to us will only be used by us for the purpose for which it was supplied. Your personal information is required for the purposes of contacting you following your purchase should any problems arise in respect to processing or shipping your purchase.

Providing details to receive newsletters, specials and updates is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at info@baciocollection.com.au or clicking the "Unsubscribe" button found at the end of all marketing emails we send out.
