Return & Refund Policy

Online Purchases

We want your shopping experience with Bacio Collection to be effortless. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds**, exchanges, or store credits on full-priced items, provided they meet the conditions below. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

**Refunds are issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items purchased using a promotional discount (e.g., via email offer) may be returned for store credit or exchange onlyno refunds.

  • If a discount or voucher is applied to an already marked-down sale item, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.

  • Returns must be authorised prior to sending your item(s) back.

To arrange a return, please email info@baciocollection.com.au. If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please include this request in your email.

For faulty items, include a description and photo with your email.

A $15 re-posting fee applies to all exchanges, regardless of purchase value.

How to Return an Item

Once your return has been authorised, please send your item(s) via Express Post to the return address above.
Email us the tracking number, and ensure the parcel is posted within 2 days of authorisation.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item doesn’t suit — you cover the return postage.

  • If the item is faulty, we’ll reimburse your return shipping costs.

Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive your return, we aim to process exchanges or store credits by the next business day.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or PayPal.

In-Store Purchases

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

We follow ACCC guidelines regarding faulty goods.

Promotions & Discounted Items

  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after your order is placed.

  • Purchases made using a discount code or promotional offer are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds.

  • Items purchased with a discount on already reduced sale stock are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

  • Discount offers cannot be combined, unless specifically stated.
