SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders will be sent Australia Post Express Post. We offer free Shipping on full price purchases over $300. A flat $15 charge applies to orders under $300 and all other purchases.

There is an additional charge to any re-post on exchanges no matter the value of the purchase.

We use Australia Post for deliveries and all orders are sent registered post. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery within the network before 5pm via Express Post. We estimate your order should arrive at your address with 1-4 working days.

You will receive an email from us when you place your order and payment is accepted. You will receive a tracking number to identify your parcel.

We also ship internationally for a flat delivery fee of $45. Estimated delivery time is 10-14 working days.

 

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We gladly exchange goods within 14 days of purchase . No refunds will be given. All goods must be in their original condition with all original tags attached (unworn, unwashed) with original receipt as proof of purchase. If original proof of purchase cannot be provided Bacio Collection may not accept an exchange.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than faulty items. Items we exchange will be re-sent at your own cost.

Bacio Collection recommends that all items are tried on by the customer on receipt to ensure you are happy with your purchase and that you are able to return them to us for exchange if required within the 14 days from date of purchase.

Any items being returned to Bacio Collection for an exchange must first obtain a Return Authorisation. You will need to email [email protected] with your request and complete the included return form. We may not guarantee the availability of items requested. Items may be put aside pending an exchange but by chance they sell on the online store before the return is received we will honour the online purchase and offer online credit in this circumstance.

Online credits can only be used to purchase from our online store and not in-store. Once an online credit has been issued it is the responsibility of the customer to retain the email and discount code issued for use.

No exchange or refund on SALE items.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

A Faulty Item is one where

  • merchandise is received in a damaged condition
  • has a fabric or manufacturing fault

If an item is considered damaged or faulty we will contact the supplier and it will be at their discretion to approve the return. If they are unable to repair or replace the faulty item a credit note or refund will be offered.
